The Home Left Behind

A dream home, our old farmhouse in the grove of trees, a place we hoped to call home forever. The call came last October, he wasn’t even home from a tour in Kuwait. A promotion too good to give up, we were packed and moved to another state by November’s end. It became the issue that never ended….two house payments, two homes, one home sitting empty in another state. Traditional empty home policies lasted three months, with no renter in sight we needed another answer.

Farmer’s Insurance has a new solution for your empty home problem. An annual policy that is available when your home continues to remain empty, whether on the market or simply awaiting your return. A way to rest assured at night that your home is safe in Farmer’s hands until its new owners find it.
Call me, Greg Collier, your Farmer’s agent, and let me tell you the new policy now available for your empty home that needs coverage. I have new solutions for protecting your properties.

Animal Mishaps

That coffee mug warmer was so cute in your Christmas stocking. What a novel idea….a way to keep that cappuccino hot all morning. Eureka! Aunt Myrtle gave you a gift you can truly enjoy. Turns out that Oreo, your home office cat also loves the warmth it generates when you left it on last night. Oreo just needed one more spot warmed when the warmer fell off your desk flat upside down onto the floor. ...polka dots are in this year aren't they?

Ahhh the joys of working from home……it’s your business, your profit….and now…….your mess. Let us help. Insurance policies for the pet owner who needs to know he’s covered.
